SKILL ASSESSMENT

Skill Assessment is one of the chief and most important step and a pre requisite process for Visas like GSM Visa, Employer-Sponsored Visas, Temporary Skill Shortage Visa, graduate migrant, point tested and Temporary Graduate Visa. For this, you will be required to get your skills assessed for your chosen occupation through the relevant assessing authority.

Things to know before applying for Skills Assessment:  

• A mandatory postsecondary degree for required assessment of skills and qualification.

• Work experience might be required for certain occupations.

• The occupations, qualification requirements, charges and timeframes for all assessing authorities are different and the requirements are clearly defined individually by them

• Before submitting an EOI, the applicant can apply for multiple skill assessments.

• The applicant must go through all conditions, relevant experience and documents required for the skills assessment.

• The applicant is responsible for contacting the relevant assessing authority for their nominated occupation’s skill assessment prior to submitting an EOI.
