Work Restrictions

48 hours per fortnight during study. Unlimited during breaks. Masters by Research/PhD dependants have unlimited hours.

Course Switching Rules

Cannot downgrade to a lower level without permission. Provider switching restricted in first 6 months.

Provider Obligations

Providers must monitor attendance, report non-compliance, and verify authenticity.
