Student Visa (Subclass 500)

Once you are granted with this visa, you can study full-time in the admitted institution and you can also bring eligible family members with you to stay in Australia. You can stay in Australia until you finish the course and work for a few hours.

What are the requirements of Student Visa?

• Genuine intention to stay in Australia for study purpose

• Enough funds to cover your daily expenses and course fee

• Certificate of Enrolment must be provided at the time of applying for the visa

• Fluent in English

• Should meet health and character requirements

Student Guardian Visa (Subclass 590)

If the holder of the Student Visa is below 18 years old, then the Australian government will allow a guardian to stay with that student under the Student Guardian Visa for the same duration granted for the student.

What are the requirements of Student Guardian Visa?

• Must be a parent or relative of age over 21 years

• Must be a genuine temporary entrant

• Should have enough funds for the stay

• Must submit proofs for having enough health insurance until you stay in Australia

• Should submit relationship and personality documents.
