TOURIST TO STUDENT VISA

You can convert your tourist visa to a student. Although it can be a tedious task, posing a higher risk of refusal, it is entirely legal to do so. As long as there aren't any "No Further Stay" conditions on your current visa, your tourist visa will have zero impact on your student visa application. But your visitor visa will be cancelled after transitioning to your student visa.
